They are passionate about creating community and host the popular ‘Pay As You Feel Yoga In The Park’ classes in Hyde Park and at Rooftop Movies on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, run by founder, Zahra. They host fundraisers and present at various events, markets and festivals, including at FRINGE WORLD 2024.

BHY are known for their beginner friendly and easy to follow vinyasa classes that will challenge your strength, balance and flexibility as you flow from pose to pose, connecting movement with breath.
